Shipping

  • Domestic Orders: Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days.
  • International Orders: Estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days.
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We provide tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Note: Delays may occur due to external factors like customs processing or postal issues.


Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy on unused, unopened items in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@coffeefeeds.com. Returns and exchanges are subject to approval. Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

  • Refunds: Once a return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within the 30-day period. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Note: Personalized or final-sale items are not eligible for returns.
